How recurring orders, billing, and cancellation work.
When you subscribe to Socia, you receive a recurring delivery of your Daily Companion every 30 days so you never run out. Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel.
By subscribing, you authorize [Socia] to automatically charge your payment method for the subscription price (plus applicable taxes and shipping) at the start of each billing cycle, on a recurring basis, until you cancel. This is an auto-renewing subscription.
You are charged on each renewal date at the subscription price shown at signup. Your next renewal date is always visible in your account.
If we change subscription pricing, we’ll notify you in advance (at least [3] days before your next renewal). Continuing your subscription after that means you accept the new price.
You’re in control. From your account, you can skip a shipment, pause, change your delivery frequency, or update your payment and address — anytime, no phone call needed.
You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least one day (24 hours) before your renewal date. Cancel from your account, or email hello@drinksocia.com and we’ll help.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and notify you. We may pause or cancel your subscription if we’re unable to process payment.
Subscription orders are covered by our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an order that has already shipped.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The latest version applies to your next renewal.
