Our money-back guarantee and how returns work.
We want you to feel good about your order. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
You can cancel your subscription anytime (see our Subscription Terms). Cancelling stops future orders; for a charge that has already shipped, our guarantee above applies.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you — no need to return it unless we ask.
