How and when your order gets to you.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Some products or destinations may be restricted.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription orders are prepared and shipped automatically on each renewal date.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Weather, holidays, and carrier issues can cause delays.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 7 days at hello@drinksocia.com and we’ll make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, and re-shipment may incur additional cost.
For cross-border shipments, any import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
