The rules for using our site and buying from us.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of drinksocia.com and any purchase from Socia. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. Please provide accurate, current information.
We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing errors even after an order is placed.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your order, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Subscription purchases are also governed by our Subscription Terms.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and recurring orders by our Subscription Terms. Please review them — they are part of these Terms.
Socia is a dietary supplement and a companion to your routine — not a medication, medical advice, or a replacement for professional care. Please read our Medical Disclaimer and consult your healthcare provider before use.
All content on this site — including the Socia name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socia and [Legal Company Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socia and its team from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
